VACUUM PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY

Vacuum packaging technology is used for packing various types of foodstuffs, offering considerably increased shelf life, preventing the loss of aromatic qualities. It also gives the products attractive appearance. 

These conditions allow the products to preserve their color, taste, smell and other qualities for a long time. 

The following products can be packed in vacuum or protective gas: meat and sausage products, ham, fat, dairy products, cheese, curd, bakery, fish, vegetables, spices, fruit, coffee, technical goods, spare parts, printed boards, medical and sterile instruments, money and many others.

Vacuum packaging machines are designed for packing foodstuffs in vacuum or specially created atmosphere by preventing them from contacting with oxygen, various chemicals and microorganisms.

 

 

Single chamber machine is generally used in small and medium-sized factories, in hypermarkets and supermarkets. These machines can pack both ready for use and frozen products. Easy to use and maintain. Can be optionally equipped to perform modified atmosphere packaging.

 

Double chamber machines are designed for medium-sized and large factories and packaging centers. Increased output due to the fact, that while packing takes place in one chamber, the product is prepared and arranged in the other one. Different options including automatic product ejection allow maximum automation of packaging process and linking of the machines into a conveyor. The machines use a high performance pump of 63 m3/h which ensures short vacuuming time. Ecomat-Ñ vacuum machine can be equipped with 3000 S computer with touch-sensitive control.

 

 

The optimum solution for small production outputs is s single chamber table machine. 

The machine is used directly in the departments of hyper- and supermarkets, small shops, meat-processing factories, cheese producing factories. The machine is easy to use and maintain.

Owing to high performance pumps installed in the machines EasyPack is 80% faster than other similar machines of the same price class.

 

Compact, but highly productive universal machine finds an application in cookeries, markets and shops. It can be used for packing non-food products. The model can be equipped with a delicate intake of air for sparing vacuuming of sensitive products and a gas feeding device for increasing shelf life of a product.
