Barrier trays packaging is a high-performance packaging of fresh meat, poultry and prepared food into preformed trays, substrates in modified gas environment.

Polymer tray sealers is an optimum solution for packaging different goods: preserves, prepared foods, liquid and free-flowing foodstuffs. They are widely used in small factories and supermarkets. 

All machines of this kind are equipped with modified atmosphere producing device, thus giving the packed products attractive appearance and increasing its shelf life. Different kinds of trays and substrates can be sealed.  

Different designs of sealers are offered: manual, semiautomatic and automatic ones.

TC2300 model   This is a semiautomatic model. The trays are manually loaded into the machine, other operations are performed automatically: closing the product with film, vacuuming and filling the tray with the gas, sealing and contour trimming. The trays are chosen according to the product peculiarities and selling requirements and the machine is adjusted according to given parameters. The basic model includes: -          computerized control module, with digital display, -          modified atmosphere producing device -          pneumatic tray feeding system, -          safety device for heating elements.

Recommended packaging materials:

 LID Cryovac® barrier films, U-BRT Cryovac® rigid high barrier bottom substrates. 

The use of these films makes this package attractive to the customer, providing excellent transparency and more neat appearance.
