Darfresh® packaging method

This is a method of vacuum packing, which allows film to tightly fit around the product with the use of patented Cryovac Darfresh® process.

 

The use of “soft vacuum” process allows to pack soft products and products with high moisture content without deforming them.

 

 

This packaging technology can be used for consumer packaging of fresh and processed food and ideally suits for such foodstuffs as sausages, fresh cut meat, pate slices and fresh filleted fish.

The high barrier of Darfresh® film increases shelf life of the product, improves its appearance and protects against damages. It is highly transparent, glossy and fits around every contour of the product, which makes the pack unique.

 

 

VS 26  semi-automatic machine

Is a medium capacity device using preformed trays, usually no more than 10.

The machine’s productivity is 1,5 cycles per minute, making up to 15 packs per minute depending on the operator feeding rate. 

The design of the machine is simple and reliable, all parts are resistant to the exposure to the environment and the packed product.

The machine is convenient for maintenance works.

The size of the products is easily adjustable.

The machine is easy to operate, well suited for wide range of products and packaging technologies.

Multilayer barrier Darfresh® films (upper and lower)

Extremely high barrier qualities of rigid lower Darfresh® films make them ideal for forming substrates on the conveyor.

The combination of lower films with specially designed upper films conveys the unforgettable appearance to Darfresh® package and keep the product fresh for a long time.

Darfresh®  rigid lower films have special qualities of a barrier to gas and water vapor, while wide range of colors, finishing and printing options gives new perspectives in enhancing attractiveness of the product.

It is possible to print client’s logos.
